The air in May was cool and overcast with a little drizzling. Along the way to the Rose Garden it was marked with roses in full bloom with color color fantastic. Traveling to Managua, the Nicaraguan capital, reminds us of the districts in the Indonesian city that was built. After a letup political conflict with the Sandinista regime that lasted for years, this country began to develop and everywhere looks the physical infrastructure was intensified.
