Paulaner Brauhaus, the world famous restaurant chain, operates the restaurant with the concept of Bavaria at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta.
One time we tried Paulaner Brauhaus. Once we entered the restaurant space, the eye was greeted with a warm atmosphere all the interior wood-paneled room, from floor to walls. Tables and chairs where the guests enjoy lunch or dinner is also made of wood with the design of plain, simple, without carving. On the wall mounted several paintings of people in medieval Bavaria.
